Each tier includes a base unit count. After that, you pay a flat rate per additional unit per month. So an agency with 80 units on the Agency plan pays R1,499 base (covers 30 units) plus R49 × 50 = R2,450 — total R3,949/mo. No hidden fees, no percentage of rent collected.
Propli covers rent tracking, invoicing, arrears, and reconciliation. If you currently use PayProp purely for trust accounting and payment processing, you can run both — or move fully to Propli once your portfolio is set up.
